Extraction tank is a common extraction equipment in pharmaceutical and chemical industry. It is especially suitable for extracting the components contained in plant products. The structure has a tank body, a screw propeller or a slurry propeller with an axial position device in the tank body, which is connected with the rotating axle disc outside the tank body. The structure is characterized by a group of inclined continuous countercurrent leaching extraction single tanks, which are connected with each other's outlet and inlet to form a connector. The upper part of each single tank body has an inlet opening at the lower end, a residual liquid outlet at the lower part, and an upper part of the tank body. There is a liquid inlet or an exhaust port, and the lower part has an outlet.
Working Principle of Extraction Tank: The whole extraction process of the equipment is completed in a closed circulating system. It is feasible to extract under normal pressure. It can also be extracted under low pressure. Whether it is water extraction, alcohol extraction, oil extraction or for other purposes, the specific technological requirements of the equipment are cut out by the traditional Chinese medicine factory according to the requirements of drug performance. The working principle of the extracting tank is simple decocting process. Chinese herbal medicine is soaked in water and heated by steam. The main function is to drain the effective residue from the residue and avoid waste. 2. Principle and application of multi-functional extraction tank:

The extraction tank is a multi-purpose equipment designed for the boiling and extraction processes of traditional Chinese medicine factories. (2) For example, alcohol extraction: first add medicine and alcohol into the tank must be sealed, give interlayer heat source steam, open cooling water to reduce the supply of heat source when the tank reaches the required temperature, so that the rising vapor alcohol can be refluxed into liquid alcohol through the condenser. In order to improve efficiency, the pump can be used to force circulation, so that the liquid medicine can be sucked from the lower part of the tank through the pump and then imported back into the tank through the upper part of the cylinder, and the local ditch can be removed. Flow. (3) Oil extraction: First, add the Chinese herbal medicine and water containing volatile oil into the extraction tank, open the circulating valve of the oil separator, adjust the bypass return valve, open the cooling water when the heat source valve reaches the volatilization temperature for cooling, and keep a certain height in the separator to separate the coolant, and then rotate the oil-water separator. (4) Recovery of oil essence: add alcohol into the cylinder, open the cooling water to the steam, and then open the recovery valve.
