　　Types and Characteristics of Static Extraction Tanks
　　The so-called static extraction tank is our common extraction tank without stirring system. Static extraction tank is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotating spraying ball, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, explosion-proof viewing hole lamp, viewing mirror, quick-opening feeding port, etc. to ensure easy operation and meet GMP standards. The inner cylinder of the equipment is made of imported SUS304 and SUS316L, which are insulated by aluminium silicate/rock wool/polyurethane. Common static extraction tanks are positive cone extraction tank, mushroom extraction tank, straight cylinder extraction tank, inverted cone extraction tank and percolation tank. The positive cone extraction tank occupies less building space and is widely used in extraction workshop. In general, the bottom heating is arranged on the slag discharge door, which makes the heat transfer effect better and the heating more uniform and fast. The shape of the mushroom extraction tank is large and small, and it is mushroom-like. The boiling buffer space is large and the material is not easy to run off; the lower part is small, the liquid is heated and transferred quickly, the heating time is short, and the extraction efficiency is high. Straight cylinder extraction tank is slender in shape and large in volume, which is beneficial to medium uniformity, shorten the time of extraction and heating, and has high extraction efficiency. It is suitable for alcohol extraction and percolation system. The shape of the inverted cone type extraction tank is small and large, and it is inverted cone type. The extraction tank has the advantages of convenient slag extraction and good heating effect.
　　Generally, the complete supply of extraction tank equipment includes extraction tank, demister, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, filter, cylinder console, circulating pump and other accessories. Configuration can be selected according to need.
　　2. Design Characteristics of Static Extraction Tank
　　1. Quick-open type safety discharging door: cylinder plus control panel, can automatically open and close the lid of the tank, three or four cylinders, set up safety devices to prevent accidental operation, high safety factor, suitable for the use of small and medium-sized slag outlets.
　　2. Rotary Slag Discharge Door: Fully automatic opening and closing of the lid can realize high temperature and high pressure extraction. Rotary pressure can reach 3Bar, which provides more choices for the extraction process. It can also meet the requirements of some special processes. It is safe and reliable, with self-locking function, non-dislocation and non-displacement.
　　3. Large-caliber slag-discharging door: large-caliber slag-discharging door is adopted, with fast slag-discharging, convenient slag-discharging and high efficiency.
　　4. Preparing characteristics: All parts of the extraction tank contacting with the liquid are made of 304 stainless steel, which is non-toxic, non-abscission and good corrosion resistance. It can not only ensure the quality of Chinese medicine products, but also provide long service life for the equipment.
　　Extraction tanks can be used in conjunction with other auxiliary equipment, such as foam traps, condensers, dual filters, oil-water separators, etc. Oil-water separator is mainly used for alcohol extraction to collect oil. The whole set of equipment is completed in a fully sealed and recyclable system, and the organic solvent is recovered in the waste liquid at the same time. The extraction equipment has the characteristics of short extraction time, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, fast heating time, wide application range, simple operation, safety and reliability.
