  Detailed introduction
  I. Overview of Separate CIP Cleaning
  Separate CIP cleaning means that the tank of the cleaning system adopts split structure. The system can carry out acid washing, alkali washing, hot water washing and other processes independently, and can also compile specific cleaning procedures to carry out automatic cleaning according to needs. It can not only clean the equipment effectively, but also control the growth of microorganisms. At the same time, it can configure semi-automatic and full automatic control systems according to customer requirements. 。 The acid in acid-base detergent refers to 1%-2% nitric acid solution, and the alkali refers to 1%-3% sodium hydroxide used at 65-80 ~C. Therefore, acid and alkali tanks are generally made of stainless steel SUS316L, which is acid and alkali resistant. CIP cleaning system can ensure certain cleaning effect and improve product safety; save operation time and improve efficiency; save labor force and ensure operation safety; save energy such as water and steam, reduce detergent consumption; production equipment can achieve large-scale, high automation level; prolong the service life of production equipment.
  2. Cleaning Characteristics of Separate CIP
  The heating of separated CIP cleaning liquid is automatic heating mode. The cleaning temperature is set by temperature controller and the opening quantity of steam regulating valve is controlled to limit the amount of steam so as to keep the cleaning liquid at the required temperature, i.e. constant temperature control. The liquid level of each tank in CIP station is automatically alarmed and indicated; when the concentration of cleaning liquid does not reach the cleaning concentration, it is through gas. The dynamic diaphragm pump is used to add concentrated acid and concentrated alkali; the CIP liquid is transported by manual operation of the corresponding pipeline valves in the cleaning process; and the artificial replenishment is carried out when the tank is short of water.
  Concentrated alkali liquor is carried out in concentrated acid and alkali cylinder; liquid level automatic control in tank and overflow protection system; unique outlet and outlet structure can prevent the precipitation of cleaning liquor from crystallizing and blocking pipeline.
  Compared with the integrated CIP cleaning, the cleaning time is greatly reduced and the work efficiency is improved; the use of cleaning agent and water will be more scientific and reasonable; at the same time, the steam consumption is relatively small, which can achieve the purpose of rational use of energy; therefore, the cleaning cost is effectively reduced.
  The automatic control of cleaning liquid heating makes it easier to control the temperature required by the process; the addition of diaphragm pump increases the safety of operation; the automatic control of temperature and alarm of high and low liquid level reduce the production cost.
  However, the split CIP cleaning system has higher investment and higher requirements for operators and maintenance workers. Because of the accurate control of temperature, the safety of operation and the reduction of production cost, the investment cost is not very large, which is a good choice for domestic large, medium and small food enterprises.
