　　Automatic CIP cleaning (Cleaning In Place) refers to the equipment (tanks, pipes, pumps, etc.) and the entire production line without manual disassembly, in the closed circuit in accordance with the set procedures for cyclic cleaning and disinfection. The automatic CIP cleaning system produced by our company has the characteristics of safety, energy saving, high efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance. The automatic CIP cleaning system consists of acid, alkali, hot water, pure water tank, concentrated acid, concentrated alkali tank and heat exchanger. It can automatically configure acid-base concentration according to user's settings. Users can set different cleaning processes, different cleaning temperatures, cleaning time, intelligent and convenient, one-button operation.
　　Fully automatic CIP cleaning is equipped with various functions such as water intake and drainage, alkali addition, heating, acid and alkali concentration measurement and control, CIP, liquid level display and measurement and control, equipment self-cleaning, etc. By using PLC logic program control and setting LCD screen of man-machine dialogue, the setting and adjustment of cleaning time, temperature, concentration and flow rate can be realized.
