　　I. Overview of degassing kettle
　　Degassing literally refers to the removal of oxygen, so the degassing kettle is the equipment to achieve the function of degassing. The degassing kettle in the grease production line is equipped with a multistage disperser to degasse the grease after treatment in production. Eliminate the tiny air bubbles in the grease, and ensure that the finished grease has a bright and delicate appearance and stable product quality. Degassing on food and beverage is to remove the air (oxygen) in the liquid, inhibit the oxidation of browning, pigments, vitamins, aroma components and other substances, and prevent the quality from decreasing; remove the suspended particulate gas adhering to the liquid, inhibit the floating of particulates and maintain a good appearance; prevent blistering during canning and high temperature sterilization from affecting sterilization; and reduce the corrosion to the inner wall of containers. Therefore, degassing kettle is widely used in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Degassing kettle is also called degassing tank, also known as vacuum degassing unit or vacuum degassing kettle.
　　2. Characteristics of degassing kettle
　　The degassing kettle can greatly shorten the exhaust time of the heating or cooling system after the initial water injection, which is very conducive to the initial commissioning and operation of the system. The degassing kettle removes the gas in the system, prevents gas resistance and ensures the stability and reliability of the system during normal operation. The removal of oxygen from water will reduce the aerobic corrosion of the system and prolong the service time of the equipment. Because the gas in water is removed, there will be no gas bubbles on the surface of the heat exchanger, which improves the heating efficiency. The equipment is easy to install, fully automatic operation, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.
　　The upper part of the distributor is flanged and cleaned, and the bottom part is heated with heat conducting oil interlayer. Vacuum negative pressure equipment, multi-stage disperser with unequal holes, elliptical head design of overflow cylinder top, elliptical head design of degassing tank shoulder, double-channel reinforcement belt made of channel steel can effectively prevent the danger of mistakenly entering positive pressure. Double-view mirror design, equipped with high brightness spotlight, welding lamp holder, borosilicate glass mirror. The degassing kettle has a vacuum meter interface and a vent for easy operation. The degassing temperature ranges from 100 to 120 degrees, and the degassing speed ranges from 0.5 to 5 tons per hour. The unit consists of degassing tank, vacuum pump, buffer tank and gear/material pump. Vacuum pumps and material/gear pumps are self-contained.
