　　purpose
　　Single screw pump is a new type of pump which works according to the principle of revolving meshing volume. The main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator). Because of the special geometry of the two components, separate sealed chambers are formed. The medium flows uniformly from the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains unchanged, and the pressure is stable, so there is no eddy current and agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6MPa, the head is 60m (clear water), and the self-priming height is generally above 6m. Because the stator is made of a variety of elastic materials, the pump is suitable for transporting high-viscosity fluids, as well as materials containing hard suspended particles or fibrous media. It has incompetent characteristics of general pumps. The flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed and can be adjusted by adjusting the rotational speed.
