Enzymatic hydrolysis tanks (seed tanks, crystallization tanks, enzymatic hydrolysis tanks) are widely used in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, biological engineering and other industries. The tanks are equipped with sandwiches and insulation layers (heating, cooling, thermal insulation). The tank body and the upper and lower heads (or cones) are processed by spinning R angle. The inner wall of the tank is polished by mirror. The fineness of the tank is less than 0.4 um, and there is no sanitary dead angle. The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are mixed and fermented in a non-polluting state. The equipment is equipped with air respirator, cleaning ball, sanitary manhole, sight glass and light.
The fermentation process of pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and biological products is a aseptic and pollution-free process. The aseptic system is adopted to avoid and prevent microbial contamination in the air, which greatly prolongs the retention period of your products and the purity of your products. We specially designed and installed aseptic breathing stomata or aseptic positive pressure fermentation system on the tank. Heating or cooling medium can be introduced for cyclic heating and cooling. All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L. Polyurethane foam or pearl cotton are used for insulation, and the external surface is ground and matted, which meets the GMP standard.
The sanitary grade is a fully enclosed vertical three-layer structure, which has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. It is widely used in the mixing and enzymatic hydrolysis of dairy products, food, bioengineering, beverage, fruit wine and daily chemical industries.
