I. Summary of Vacuum Decompression Concentrator
Vacuum vacuum concentrator, also known as vacuum vacuum vacuum concentrator, is widely used in the concentrating of liquid feed in the industries of traditional Chinese medicine, food, pharmaceuticals and chemical industry. It has the advantages of short concentrating time and fast evaporation speed, such as alcohol recovery and simple hot reflux extraction. Vacuum vacuum concentrator adopts vacuum pressure reduction principle, and uses the thermal sensitivity of materials and the characteristics of low-temperature evaporation to achieve the effect of concentration and purification. The vacuum concentrator mainly consists of five parts: jacket concentrator, defoamer, tubular condenser, snake tube cooler and liquid receiving tank. The concentrator is a jacket heat exchange structure.
Other required vacuum systems (vacuum pumps, buffer tanks, etc.), material and liquid metering tanks, drainage pumps, etc. are matched by customers themselves, or can be matched by our factory according to customer requirements.
Contact parts of equipment and materials are made of stainless steel, and equipped with on-line automatic cleaning device, which can automatically feed, has good corrosion resistance, durability, and meets GMP standards.
II. Structure of Vacuum Decompression Concentrator
Vacuum vacuum concentrator mainly consists of six parts: the main body of the concentrator, the first condenser, the vapor-liquid separator, the second condenser, the cooler and the receiving tank. All of them are made of high-quality stainless steel and polished. The equipment has beautiful appearance and is sanitary without dead angle.
Our company can be customized according to customer's requirements. At present, the type of vacuum concentrator produced by our company is ZN-50/100/200/300/500/700/1000/2000. The vacuum concentrator produced by our company is full of varieties, good quality and favorable price.
Material can be pumped into the concentration tank by self-flow or vacuum. The steam is heated by jacketed steam and the height of feeding is suitable for the center of the tank. The rising steam is controlled by the first condensate. The temperature of the tank is controlled according to different materials, the foam and some high boiling point liquid are separated from the vapor-liquid separator to return to the concentrating tank, and the industrial solvent (such as alcohol) is finally obtained in the receiving tank through the second cooler.
3. Design characteristics of vacuum vacuum vacuum concentrator
1. In order to prevent material from being polluted, stainless steel is used in all parts of the vacuum vacuum concentrator which contact with the material.
2. In order to improve the effect of vapor-liquid separation and fog trapping, an air-filter filter layer was added to the top of the concentration tank.
3. To overcome the disadvantage that the secondary steam on the top of the concentration tank is condensed before it enters the condenser and returns to the tank. This equipment changes the condenser to reclining type.
4. In order to improve the production capacity of the equipment, the equipment will increase the heating area, condensation area and cooling area of the jacket of the concentration tank to varying degrees.
5. In order to prevent the dead angle of the outlet pipe of the concentration tank, stainless steel bottom valve is used in this product, which is directly installed at the bottom of the tank.
6. A quick-opening hand hole is arranged at the lower part of the concentration tank to clean up the residual liquid and residue in the tank.
