　　The vacuum concentrating tank is provided with a jacket and an insulation layer, and the jacket is heated by steam or heat conducting oil, thereby indirectly heating the material in the concentrating tank to boiling, and the foam with effective components in the two steam evaporated is separated from the vapor-liquid separator in the reflux tank, and the remaining steam is recovered by the condenser to the liquid receiver.
