  Summary of dual-effect energy-saving concentrator for heat pump
  With the advocacy of environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction, it is more and more urgent to improve and optimize the extraction and concentration process of traditional Chinese medicine, food, chemical industry and other industries. In food, dairy, traditional Chinese medicine and chemical enterprises, the steam used for concentrating is the most energy-consuming in all production processes, so the selection and transformation of concentrating equipment is imminent in front of enterprises. The heat pump double-effect energy-saving concentrator is a concentrating equipment which uses heat pump to provide steam heat energy and evaporate extract twice on the basis of double-effect concentrator. Compared with the single-effect concentrator, the traditional double-effect concentrator can save 3500 tons of steam, 90,000 tons of water and 80,000 degrees of electricity in a year. This is a great progress and has saved a lot of energy compared with the single-effect concentrator. On this basis, we have developed and designed a dual-effect energy-saving concentrator for heat pump. The dual-effect energy-saving concentrator of heat pump is based on the traditional double-effect concentrator which uses one-effect steam as the second-effect heat source. Driven by the high-pressure working steam through a low-noise hot-pressure pump, part of the second-effect steam enters the ejector mixing temperature and pressure rise, and then enters the heating chamber as the heating steam to heat the material liquid. The other part enters the condenser and discharges after condensation. The heated steam condenses into water in the heating chamber and discharges. In this way, some heat sources are utilized to save energy. Heat pump dual-effect energy-saving concentrator is suitable for concentrating liquid materials such as traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, glucose, starch, monosodium glutamate, dairy products, oral liquid, chemical industry, food, etc. It is especially suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials with the characteristics of short time and fast speed. Heat pump dual-effect energy-saving concentrator is referred to as heat pump concentrator, also known as TVR concentrator, which is thermal steam recompression concentrator.
  2. Structure of heat pump type double-effect concentrator:
  The heat pump type double-effect concentrator is composed of low noise heat energy compression pump, one-effect heating chamber, one-effect evaporation chamber, two-effect heating chamber, two-effect evaporation chamber, condenser, receiving tank and connecting pipe valve parts in the system, supporting instruments, etc. Low noise heat energy compression pump is to compress steam jet again, its working principle is the same as steam jet pump. For heating chamber and evaporation chamber, the same double-effect concentrator is manufactured with stainless steel 304/316L, which is corrosion-resistant, no surface falling off and beautiful in appearance. There is an insulating layer outside the heater and evaporator. The outer insulating layer is made of stainless steel plate, and the surface is treated by mirror or matte, which fully meets the GMP standard. The insulation layer can protect the heat source, maintain the temperature, prevent scald and other situations, and have a beautiful appearance.
  3. Equipment characteristics of heat pump double-effect concentrator:
  1. Use heat pump to compress the evaporator to a higher pressure, and then be used to save energy, save energy and protect the environment. The steam-water ratio of heat pump double-effect concentrator is 0.35 kg steam/kg water, which saves about 34% energy and 30% water than that of double-effect concentrator without heat compression pump. The heat pump double-effect concentrator uses two-effect evaporation at the same time, and the secondary steam is used, which saves energy consumption and reduces energy consumption by 50% compared with the single-effect concentrator.
  2. The temperature of the first effective heating steam decreases greatly, and its evaporation temperature is 75 C. The heat pump type double-effect concentrator realizes low temperature heating and evaporation, which is suitable for heat sensitive materials.
