Detailed introduction
　　Mushroom extraction tank is like the characteristics of mushroom, the shape of large, small, large: boiling buffer space is large, not easy to run off materials; small: liquid medicine heating fast, heating time is short, extraction efficiency. Mushroom extraction tank has the advantages of high efficiency, easy operation and high automation, but it is more difficult and expensive to manufacture than straight-tube extraction tank. Mushroom extractor can be used for atmospheric pressure, water decoction, wet soaking, heat reflux, forced circulation osmosis, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery in Chinese medicine, food and chemical industries. Especially, dynamic extraction or countercurrent extraction has better effect, shorter time and higher liquid content. The mushroom extraction tank body is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotating spraying ball, temperature gauge, pressure gauge, explosion-proof viewing hole lamp, viewing mirror, fast opening feeding mouth, etc. to ensure easy operation and conform to GMP standards. The inner cylinder of the equipment is made of imported SUS304 and SUS316L, which are insulated by aluminium silicate/rock wool/polyurethane.
　　II. Working Principle of Mushroom Extraction Tank
　　Put the medicinal materials into the extraction tank, add 5 - 10 times the solvent such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to the process requirements). Open the heating system of the extraction tank and heat the extract to boiling for 20-30 minutes. Then one third of the extract is pumped into the concentration tank with a suction filter. Close the straight line and jacket hot water of the extraction tank, open the straight line and heating system of the concentration tank so as to keep the concentrated juice temperature at about 80 C and the vacuum at - 0.05 to - 0.09MPA. The secondary steam generated during the concentration is turned into condensate through the condenser and cooler and refluxed to the extraction tank to make a new solvent and add it to the medicine. The new solvent passes from top to bottom of the extraction tank through the medicinal material layer, and the solubility of the medicinal material is formed. The extract is separately dissolved in the solvent in the extraction tank. The extract is pumped into the concentration tank through a suction filter tube. The secondary vapor generated by the concentration is sent to the extraction tank to make a new solvent. The new solvent is refluxed and extracted until the complete dissolution (the extract is colorless) continues to concentrate until the required specific gravity ointment is concentrated. The colorless liquid in the extraction tank can be reused next time. If the organic solvent is extracted, the appropriate amount of water is added first, and the direct combination and clamp are opened. After recovering the solvent, the slag is discharged.
