Overview of Dynamic Extraction Tank
Dynamic extraction tank, as its name implies, is extracted by dynamic method. The popular saying of dynamic extraction tank is extraction tank with stirring. The dynamic extraction tank is suitable for extracting active ingredients from pork bone, fish bone, bovine bone, plant rhizome and other materials which need to be broken. The mixing form is designed and manufactured according to the characteristics of the material. Through mixing, the effective ingredients in materials can be penetrated, dissolved, dispersed and homogenized, and assisted with high temperature cooking and decoction. It can automatically feed, discharge and recycle. The whole process can realize automation, improve efficiency and quality, solve energy problems, reduce costs, and effectively reduce labor intensity and protect the environment. The main body of the equipment is composed of extraction tank, mixing system and control system. Optional accessories and functions include foam trap, condenser, dual filter, oil-water separator, etc. Oil-water separator is mainly used for alcohol extraction to collect oil. The whole set of equipment is completed in a fully sealed and recyclable system, and the organic solvent is recovered in the waste liquid at the same time.
2. Description of parameter selection for dynamic extraction tank
1. The volume of extraction tank can be customized without standard. The small size is 50L-500L, the large size is 1000L, 2000L, 3000L, 4000L, 6000L and so on.
2. Stainless steel is generally used in the material of extraction tank, SUS 304 and SUS 316L are commonly used. Material selection is based on logistics characteristics, non-corrosive SUS 304. SUS316L can be used for slight corrosion.
3. With regard to the wall thickness of the extraction tank, it is generally necessary to provide the service temperature and pressure in the tank, and the service pressure and temperature of the jacket. We will calculate the wall thickness according to the pressure. Common wall thickness varies from 3 to 12 mm.
4. The tank configuration can be selected or specified, such as the number and size of the nozzle. Inlet, circulating, evaporating, reflux, cleaning, SIP, steam inlet, condensate outlet, feed port, slag discharging door, cylinder, cylinder control panel, etc. can be selected or fully configured by us.
5. Matching accessories, such as foam trap, condenser, double filter, oil-water separator, can be supplied by us in a complete set or optionally.
6. Other optional "liquid level control, pressure control and temperature control can be configured as required. It can not only display in situ, but also be controlled and displayed remotely. Remote control can collect extraction temperature, working time, vacuum degree, stirring speed, stirring type, high and low liquid level.
7. Mixing system: The design of mixing system is individualized according to the different characteristics of different materials to ensure high extraction efficiency, sufficient extraction and save manpower and material resources. Mixing system can work continuously or intermittently. It can be controlled by constant speed or variable frequency speed regulation. The preparation of stirring system saves the extraction time and the content of active ingredients is high.
3. Cautions for the Use of Dynamic Extraction Tanks
1. It should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and temperature demarcated on the product nameplate in order to avoid danger.
2. Strictly abide by the provisions on cooling, oil injection and other aspects of the product instructions, and do a good job of equipment maintenance and maintenance.
3. When all valves are used, the stem (needle) should be rotated slowly and the cover should be pressed tightly to achieve sealing effect. When closing, it is not easy to exert too much force to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
4. Electrical control instruments shall be operated by special persons and overload protection facilities shall be set up according to regulations.
5. Before using the motor reducer, check whether the electrical appliances are complete to ensure that there is no leakage and bad contact. First turn on the main power supply, then turn on the power supply of the motor reducer. Turn off in reverse order.
IV. Installation and use of dynamic extraction tanks:
1. It should be installed on a solid and flat worktable. The height of the worktable depends on the use. There should be some space around the equipment and worktable (> 200 cm) and discharge space according to the discharge. For installation and later maintenance. Because of the mixing system, the installation space should be guaranteed. After installation, more than 1.5 meters of overhaul space should be reserved to prevent the motor reducer from malfunction maintenance.
2. When installing, it is required that the transmission shaft be perpendicular to the horizontal surface, and the non-perpendicularity (inclination) should not be greater than 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment. Maintenance space for main engine production: the distance between main engine and wall is more than 1 m, and the distance between main engine is more than 0.5 m. Installation level of the whole machine: Vertical and transverse errors are less than 2mm/100mm, and 0.5M level ruler is used for inspection. When hoisting equipment, please choose the appropriate hoisting tool according to the weight of the product, so as to prevent the hoisting tool from not bearing the weight of the equipment.
3. The spare parts and safety valves on the nozzles of each process of the equipment itself must be equipped according to the requirements of the extraction tank.
4. After installation, check whether the connecting parts and transmission parts are firm and reliable. The air tightness test of the connecting pipes, nozzles, seals and the whole machine should be free of bubbles, bubbles, drops and leaks.
5. Before starting, the reducer is injected with mechanical oil, the motor shield is opened, and the wind blade is rotated by hand to check whether there is jamming or not, the agitator blade scratches or not, and the dirt in the kettle can be cleaned up before starting. Only when the empty car runs for 30 minutes without abnormal noise and vibration can it be officially put into production. In addition, the reducer oil should be replaced regularly according to the production situation. Safety protection grounding: in accordance with GB/T5226.1-2008.
