I. Overview of Heating and Insulating Liquid Distribution Tank
There are two kinds of heat preservation tank. One is that the material in the cylinder is exothermic reaction, or is directly mixed with hot material without heating. This kind of tank is called heat preservation tank. The other is a three-layer heat preservation liquid dispensing tank with jacket and insulating layer, which has heating function. The heat preservation mixing tank has the functions of heating, heat preservation and mixing. It is widely used in dairy, chemical, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries.
The mixing tank is composed of cylinder, head, jacket (heating, cooling cycle), mixer (anchor type, paddle type, turbine type, magnetic stirring), transmission device (motor reducer or motor), shaft encapsulation device (mechanical seal), support (platform, leg, mobile caster), thermal insulation medium and thermal insulation outsourcing.
According to customer requirements, CIP cleaning device, level gauge (level meter), manhole (hand hole), respirator (fire-proof and explosion-proof), mirror spotlight, temperature sensor, pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, down-spreading discharging valve, ball valve, inlet, outlet, sewage outlet and distribution box can be installed in the mixing tank.
Functions of two-and three-layer heat preservation mixing tank:
The heat preservation and stirring tank has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. The tank body is designed with process nozzles such as material inlet, pure water outlet, outlet and sampling port, which can provide the conditions of the liquid distribution process. The direct steam can be turned on to achieve sterilization and disinfection function after the liquid mixing is finished. At the same time, after the process of high temperature liquid mixing is completed, the discharging valve can be opened after cooling.
