　　Overview of decomposition tanks
　　The decomposition tank is a kind of tank which provides reaction conditions for decomposition reaction and also a kind of reactor. The decomposition tank is a non-standard container. The design is based on the material characteristics and process parameters, as well as the characteristics of environmental protection and energy saving. On the basis of meeting the technological parameters of equipment, we try our best to achieve environmental protection and energy saving, and respond to the call of national energy saving and emission reduction. Decomposition tanks are widely used in food (milk) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments and other industries as intermediate buffering, liquid storage, mixing, heating, mixing and blending.
　　Composition and characteristics of decomposition tank
　　The inner surface of the decomposition tank is polished with Ra0.28 m mirror. The outer surface can be treated with matte, mirror, sandblasting or cold-rolled primary color matte according to customer's requirements. The volume ranges from 5L to 5000L. It can also be designed and processed according to the actual needs of customers.
　　The tank body and upper and lower heads (or cones) are processed by spinning R angle. Mirror polishing treatment of tank inner wall, no sanitary dead angle, no trace.
　　Polyurethane foam with good thermal insulation performance is used for thermal insulation material of decomposition tank. The nozzle interface adopts international general standard fast-loading chuck. There are respirator interface, liquid level meter interface, thermometer interface, CIP cleaning port, mirror, explosion-proof light, SIP sterilization port, liquid inlet and outlet and manhole, etc.
　　The seal of mechanical agitator adopts sanitary mechanical seal. The speed of agitation can be regulated by constant speed or frequency conversion.
　　The feeding port is also a manhole, so the maintenance personnel can enter the tank for installation and maintenance. In order to facilitate the operation of workers, the nozzles arranged on the upper head are all on the right side of the manhole, so as to facilitate the opening of the valve.
