  Summary of Carbon Steel Reactor
  Carbon steel reactor is the material of the reactor, that is, the container designed and manufactured with carbon steel as the material.
  Carbon steel reactor is mainly used in chemical industry, construction and other industries where the medium is acid-free and alkaline. The main materials of carbon steel reactor are Q235BQ345RQ235A, etc., commonly used Q235B and Q345R. Q235B is commonly used in atmospheric carbon steel reactor and Q345R is commonly used in pressure reactor. Carbon steel reactor is generally pickled Dunhuang treatment, removal of black oxide layer, passivation to prevent rust. Exterior surface is usually coated with anti-rust paint first, and exterior surface is painted with spray paint. The color of the top paint can be selected according to preferences or company culture.
  Composition of Carbon Steel Reactor
  Carbon steel reactor has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. The reactor tank with heating or cooling function is provided with a jacket, which can be heated or cooled by heating or cooling medium respectively, so that the material can be fully reacted by the operation of the agitator. Reactor system configuration mainly includes transmission device, mechanical seal device, temperature control device, spotlight, mirror, mixing device, manhole feeding and opening, steam inlet, condensate outlet, material outlet, sewage outlet and sampling port. The agitator has anchor type, frame type, propeller type, turbine type, scraper type, combined type. The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloidal pinwheel reducer, stepless speed reducer or variable frequency speed regulation, etc. It can meet the special reaction requirements of various materials. Sealing device can adopt mechanical seal, packing seal and other sealing structures. Heating and cooling can adopt jacket, half pipe, coil, Miller plate and other structures. Heating methods include steam, electric heating, heat conducting oil, to meet the technological needs of acid, high temperature, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and other different working environments. It can also be designed and manufactured according to user's technological requirements.
