　　Chromatography column is the main body of gel chromatography. It is a chromatographic separation method based on the partition coefficients of components in the sample mixture in stationary phase and mobile phase. Gel filtration chromatography is a porous medium with a network structure of gelatin as a chromatographic medium (such as dextran gel, agarose gel, polyacrylamide gel, etc.). Glass tube or organic glass tube are commonly used for chromatographic column, but with the expansion of industrial production, glass column can not meet the production requirements, so our company designed and developed stainless steel column. The stainless steel column is made of high quality stainless steel. The upper and lower flanges (or clamps) are joined together. The column is equipped with a long mirror to observe the situation inside the column. The whole detachable structure can replace gel easily. Stainless steel chromatographic column, stainless steel anion and cation exchange column is generally set up two or four, the entire installation in a stainless steel frame. The mesh number of porous plates and filters can be selected according to the need, and all models can be customized.
