I. Operational Procedure of Ostein Extraction Tank
Ostein extraction tank is to extract effective substances from pork bone, bovine bone, sheep bone, chicken bone, fish bone, such as ostein, bone peptide, bone oil and so on. To extract nutrients from bones, after the preparatory work is done, the bones/broken bones are fed into the tank from the upper part of the tank to open the intake valve. According to the requirements of the preparation process, the amount of 5-8 times water (or the same as the organic solvent) added into the tank should leave some space after adding drugs and water.
Open the heating jacket steam of the extraction tank. If it needs rapid heating, it can also open the through steam valve at the same time. After the solution boils in the tank, the oil in the solution vapor with lower boiling point rises to the condenser and flows to the oil-water separator through the cooler. According to the principle of different specific gravity of oil-water, the oil is separated and collected for reserve. After the oil is basically collected, the oil-water separator will be set up. The solvent in the extraction tank is put back into the extraction tank to maintain the amount of solution in the extraction tank. The boiling time of the first extraction is about 2 hours. After the first extraction, the steam is closed. Open the drain valve and pump the extract through the filter to the tank.
The second time the solution was added, the first extraction method was used to extract about 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the first extraction was combined. The solution was added for the third time, and then the extract was extracted for 40 minutes to 1 hour, and the extract was combined for three times. At this time, the effective materials in the bone of the extraction tank are dissolved sufficiently, and the dregs door is opened to discharge the dregs.
After discharging the residue, open the cleaning valve for in-situ cleaning (CIP) and close the discharging door for next batch feeding.
Owing to the difficulty of dissolving the active ingredients in bone, the osteoprotein extraction tank is usually equipped with a pressure in the tank and a stirring system, so that the extraction efficiency is high and the extraction is sufficient.
II. Notes for the Use of Ostein Extraction Tank
1. It should be operated strictly according to the working pressure and temperature demarcated on the product nameplate in order to avoid danger.
2. Strictly abide by the provisions on cooling, oil injection and other aspects of the product instructions, and do a good job of equipment maintenance and maintenance.
3. When all valves are used, the stem (needle) should be rotated slowly and the cover should be pressed tightly to achieve sealing effect. When closing, it is not easy to exert too much force to avoid damaging the sealing surface.
4. Electrical control instruments shall be operated by special persons and overload protection facilities shall be set up according to regulations.
3. Installation and use of extraction tanks:
1. It should be installed on a solid and flat worktable. The height of the worktable depends on the use. There should be some space around the equipment and worktable (> 200 cm) and discharge space according to the discharge. For installation and later maintenance.
2. When installing, it is required that the transmission shaft be perpendicular to the horizontal surface, and the non-perpendicularity (inclination) should not be greater than 1/1000 of the total height of the equipment.
3. The spare parts and safety valves on the nozzles of each process of the equipment itself must be equipped according to the requirements of the extraction tank.
4. After installation, check whether the connecting parts and transmission parts are firm and reliable. The air tightness test of the connecting pipes, nozzles, seals and the whole machine should be free of bubbles, bubbles, drops and leaks.
5. Before starting, the reducer is injected with mechanical oil, the motor shield is opened, and the wind blade is rotated by hand to check whether there is jamming or not, the agitator blade scratches or not, and the dirt in the kettle can be cleaned up before starting. Only when the empty car runs for 30 minutes without abnormal noise and vibration can it be officially put into production. In addition, the reducer oil should be replaced regularly according to the production situation.
