　　Our company specializes in water treatment equipment, mainly including sewage treatment equipment and purified water treatment equipment. The sewage treatment equipment mainly uses MVR system developed jointly by our company and Chinese Academy of Sciences to recover sewage and turn waste into treasure. Purified water treatment equipment mainly deals with domestic water, making the water quality more in line with the requirements of drinking and production. The water treatment equipment designed and developed by our company is mainly used for water use and water recovery in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and beverage industries.
　　Water treatment equipment mainly includes:
　　1. Quartz sand filter is a kind of common fast filtration equipment, which uses quartz sand filter material to remove suspended matter in raw water. When the flow filter material layer contains suspended particles, the filter material gap plays a sieving role on the suspended matter, which makes the suspended matter easily adsorbed on the surface of the filter material. When a certain amount of dirt is intercepted on the surface of the filter material to form a filter membrane, the pressure difference between the front and back of the filter will increase rapidly over time until it fails. At this time, it is necessary to use reverse water flow to back wash the filter material so as to loosen the suspension of quartz sand in the filter, so as to peel off the retained material adhering to the surface of quartz sand and anthracite and take it away by water flow to restore the filtering function. The wear of quartz sand decreases after long-term use, quartz sand is replaced once in 2-3 years. The tank body is made of stainless steel lined PE, wrapped with fiberglass reinforced plastics. It has high pressure resistance, light weight, corrosion resistance, long service life, high strength, sanitary and non-toxic. Every filter tank passes 0.8Mpa pressure test before leaving the factory. Backwash drainage is connected to the ditch.
　　2. Activated carbon filter uses activated carbon to remove low molecular organic matter and free chlorine in water. As a pretreatment device of reverse osmosis system, activated carbon filter can effectively prevent the organic contamination on the surface of reverse osmosis without the influence of its own influent temperature, pH value and organic mixture. The designed flow rate is 15m/h and the backwash intensity is 10L/m2.s. SDI value of effluent: SDI < 4 at outlet, Cl < 0.36 mg/L at inflow and effluent < 0.1 mg/L. The activated carbon filter material was replaced in about one year, and the filling height of activated carbon was 1200 mm.
　　3. Flocculant dosing system: mainly to remove flocculants in water. Flocculant is a kind of water-soluble high molecular weight polymer, and it is one of the most widely used varieties of water-soluble high molecular weight polymer. It is soluble in cold water, almost insoluble in acetone, methanol, benzene, ether, lipids and other general organic solvents, water solution is transparent viscous liquid, non-toxic, non-corrosive. Solid PAM is white or yellowish powder with hygroscopicity. PAM has good thermal stability and is also stable when heated to 100 C.

　　The flocculation device includes a flocculant solution box and a dosing pump of MILTON ROY, USA. Drug preparation is based on the alarm signal of low liquid level in the drug solution box, which is operated by the operator. The online flowmeter equipped with dosing point outputs 4-20mA signal to the metering pump. The dosing amount is proportional to the water supply flow, and the dosing amount can be adjusted automatically. At the same time, the pump itself has the ability of manual on-site flow adjustment.
