  Detailed introduction
  Lubricating oil production line is the lubricating oil blending system. Lubricating oil blending system mainly includes: base oil tank, different additive tank, feeding pump pipeline, blending tank, steam boiler, process control system, filling machine, inspection and testing system, filter and other equipment. Base oil and additives are blended in the blending tank to produce different oil products according to different base oil and additives.
  The main technology of lubricating oil blending equipment is blending, and the measurement process of additives. The measurement process is designed to weighing control. Of course, there are some control devices, including weighing module, instrument and terminal PLC system. Of course, there is a set of air compressor in the system, which is used to control the switch of pneumatic valve body and cooperate with the completion of metering process.
  The main equipment in the lubricating oil blending system is the blending tank. This paper briefly introduces the design parameters of 1T and 5T mixing tank and mixing kettle. The design parameters are for reference only.
  1, 1T mixing tank
  Use range of mixing tank:
  This equipment is a mixing equipment, mainly used for mixing and stirring of mixing liquid. The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a temperature measuring mouth, which is convenient for temperature detection. The outer half-pipe steam heating is adopted, the liquid level gauge is reserved, and the liquid level is displayed in real time. The customers have their own weighing module to facilitate weighing and measuring.
  2. The equipment parameters of the mixing tank:
  2.1 Total volume: 1.16m?, loading coefficient: 90%;
  2.2 Working pressure: atmospheric pressure; working temperature: 120 C;
  Design pressure: atmospheric pressure; design temperature: 150 C;
  2.3 Main structure:
  Vertical, three-layer (with thermal insulation) structure; top flat head, bottom cone head;
  Installation of three bracket platforms (bracket material Q235-B);
  Three ears need special reinforcement, inclination < 0.5 degree, height difference < 2;
  Dimensions: straight cylinder 1016 1800 (height of straight section), cylinder body and upper flat cover, bottom conical head CHA (60) delta = 8_, main material Q345R;
  Flange connection is used for upper flat cover. The standard flange is JB/T4701-2000, with protruding surface connection.
  The insulation cylinder is made of 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel with composite silicate as insulation medium and 50 thick insulation layer.
  2.4 Heat transfer part: using external half-pipe steam heating, half-pipe material is 20; half-pipe is 57*4, heat transfer area is 1.05 m2;
  2.5 transmission part: using paddle-blade mixing, mechanical mixing motor power 5.5 kw, mixing motor and speed reducer select domestic famous brand products, equipped with frequency converter, frequency conversion speed regulation, speed: 0-85r/min.
  2.6 orifice section:
  1) The upper DN65 inlet, DN65 spare outlet, DN65 vent, mixer outlet, nozzle nozzle material 20, nozzle connection flange material 16MnII;
  2) The side wall nozzle is DN32 steam inlet, DN25 thermal resistance nozzle (self-provided by customers), nozzle nozzle material is 20, nozzle connection flange material is 16MnII;
  3) lower nozzle: DN32 condensate outlet, DN65 outlet, DN50 pressure level gauge (pressure level gauge customer self-provided), nozzle nozzle material is 20, nozzle connection flange material is 16MnII.
  2.7 Tank processing: in accordance with NB/T47003.1-2009 "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessel" standard; Welding: double-sided penetration welding, argon arc welding, weld bead is not allowed to have welding slag, welding nodules, gas holes, cracks and other defects;
  Design basis and acceptance criteria: The equipment follows NB/T47003.1-2009 Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessel and HG/T 20584-2011 Steel Chemical Vessel Manufacturing Technical Requirements for design, manufacture, inspection and acceptance;
