Some articles need to be fully stirred when they are made, but manual stirring sometimes can not achieve the desired effect, which requires the use of a special stirring machine for stirring. The magnetic stirring tank is a kind of machine which can mix materials well. In order to prolong its service life, here are six maintenance methods of the magnetic stirring tank.

　　1. Before the use of the magnetic stirring tank, the tank needs to be washed with clean water and sterilized, and then the ingredients are prepared after the conductivity check is qualified.
　　2. All kinds of materials enter the tank from the material orifice fixed on the lid, and the input materials should not be too full (70%-80%) to avoid splashing when the materials are stirred, resulting in unsanitary or loss.
　　3. Fill the tank proportionally (when the water filling exceeds the weld between the lower head and the barrel body, the stirring motor can be opened to stir while adding liquid. When the liquid level is specified, the intake valve can be closed. After filling up, the motor can be started again. Generally, the stirring is even after 3-5 minutes. After sampling is qualified, the bottom valve of the tank can be opened and discharged).
　　4. Solid materials need to be fed through manholes.
　　5. After mixing, the residual materials in the tank should be discharged and rinsed with clean water as soon as possible for the next use.

　　1. Check the gear reducer regularly for oil leakage and the shaft seal is in good condition.
　　2. Listen to the sound of the reducer is normal, touch the operating temperature of reducer, motor, seat bearing and other parts: general temperature < 40 C, maximum temperature < 60 C (can stay on the back of the hand for more than 8 seconds is normal)
　　3. Check whether safety devices such as safety valves, explosion-proof membranes, pressure gauges and thermometers are accurate, sensitive and easy to use, and whether safety valves and pressure gauges have been checked.
　　4. If the cover is dirty, please wipe the dirty material with a soft cloth. If the dirt is difficult to clean, wipe it with a cloth or alcohol stained with detergent.
　　5. Always listen to the abnormal vibration and sound in the tank.
　　6. Keep the stirring shaft clean and visible, and check whether the direction of the stirring shaft is correct.
　　7. Inspect the mixing situation regularly in the magnetic mixing tank, tighten the loose bolts and replace the relevant parts if necessary.
　　8. Check that all import and export valves of the magnetic mixing tank are in good condition and usable. If there are any problems, they must be dealt with in time.
　　9. If the magnetic stirrer has abnormal noise in the tank, please do not turn on. First, the external magnetic coupling between the external motor and the magnetic stirrer is removed, and then the magnetic head is removed through the manhole (or the flange of the barrel) into the tank. Check whether the bearing is in good condition. (Please remove the internal magnetic head before unloading the motor.) When replacing the magnetic bearing, first remove the hexagonal screw and take out the bearing. The screw should not be tightened too tightly when assembled, and the screw should be tightened when installed in place.
　　10. Check whether there are bolts loosening in the flange and seat of the magnetic stirring tank.
　　11. Check the mixing tank for cracks, perforations, corrosion, leakage and other phenomena.
