  Detailed introduction
  Fully automatic fermentation tank is the fermentation tank with automatic control in the whole system. It is safe, reliable, stable and efficient. Fully automatic fermentation tank is a set of systems, including seed tank, fermentation tank, feeding tank, aseptic air filtration system, fermentation process automatic control system, auxiliary equipment, pipeline valve system. It is a mechanical and control integration project.
  The main control points of the common full-automatic fermenter are as follows:
  I. Temperature Control System

  1. Measuring range: 0-150 C
  2. Control Range: Water Temperature in Water Tank at Normal Temperature (+65 C)
  3. Control Accuracy: +0.2 C
  4. Resolution 0.1 C
  5. Control content: On-line temperature detection and PID intelligent control can be set according to the temperature needed in fermentation process.
  6. Component selection: Imported platinum resistance PT100 temperature sensor from Japan, SUS304 stainless steel electrode sheath, stainless steel electric heating pipe, SUS304 stainless steel constant temperature water tank, hot water circulating pump control.
  7. Characteristics:
  (1) Configuration of hot water tank, circulation temperature control, saving energy consumption.
  (2) PID intelligent control system ensures the speed and energy saving of temperature control.
  (3) The jacket keeps zero pressure from beginning to end when the temperature is controlled by circulation. There is no need to install safety valve on the periphery, so it is safe and reliable.
  8. Temperature with alarm function beyond upper and lower limits.
  9. Software functions: data graph, data report, temperature manual and automatic control modes.   5. Control accuracy: +0.03PH
  6. Control content: PH value on-line monitoring, PID intelligent control;
  7, component selection: Switzerland imported glass gel PH electrode detection, can be sterilized at high temperature, 121 degrees -30 minutes. On-line pluggable electrode sheath and transmitter, and the original imported double shielded signal transmission line and connection, to ensure the accurate control of PH.
  8. Actuator: Microcomputer intelligent PID control peristaltic pump or solenoid valve automatically add acid or alkali, so as to control in a set range, can be divided into manual and automatic control modes.
  9. PH with upper and lower alarm function.
  10. Software functions: data graph, data report, PH manual, automatic control.
  11. The length of the electrode is 120 mm, the outer diameter of the electrode is 12 mm, and the installation size is 25 mm.
  3. Pressure and Flow Control System
  1. The axial and radial stainless steel pressure gauges on the surface of 60-_100 indicate the pressure of pipeline, tank and jacket. Manual diaphragm valve controls tank pressure. The range is 0-0.4Mpa.
  2. Manual diaphragm valve of glass rotor flowmeter controls intake air flow.
  3. Adding one-way check valve on pipeline to prevent material backflow pollution filter.
  IV. Feeding System

  1. Actuator: Constant-current peristaltic pump or solenoid valve.
  2. Controlling automatic feeding can be divided into manual or automatic control modes.
  V. Defoaming System
  1. Control mode: automatic control
  2. Control Accuracy: 10-100 000 Omega
  3, control content: abnormal foam condition alarm, automatic intermittent processing;
  4, executive agencies: Foam sensor detection, microcomputer automatic control peristaltic pump or solenoid valve plus defoaming agent.

  6. Speed Control System

  For brand frequency converter, the speed is 50-400 rpm (+1%) and the speed is 50-350 rpm (+1%) with stepless frequency conversion.
