　　I. Summary of Static Tanks
　　Our company concentrates on the design and manufacture of the static tank, the traditional Chinese medicine static tank, the alcohol sink tank, the water sink tank, the alcohol sink tank, and has many years of design and production experience. Our company integrates product design, development, manufacturing, installation and commissioning. The company has obtained the first and second class pressure vessel management license qualification. 　　Static tank is mainly used for freezing or normal temperature alcohol precipitation of concentrated Chinese medicine water decoction. It can also be used for water precipitation of concentrated Chinese medicine water after alcohol extraction, and mixing of feed and liquid.
　　Common product specifications are: 300L, 500L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L, 3000L, 6000L, models are JC-300, JC-500, JC-1000, JC-1500, JC-2000, JC-3000, JC-6000 and other non-standard products designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
　　Static tank is composed of a cylinder with a jacket, an elliptical head and a conical bottom. The jacket can be filled with refrigerated brine or cooling water to indirectly cool the material and liquid and control the temperature required for alcohol precipitation. Equipped with GMP-compliant mixing system and special fine-tuning rotary outlet pipe. Static tanks are also suitable for freezing or normal temperature precipitation of suspensions in other pharmaceutical, chemical, dyestuff and food industries, liquid-solid separation and other process operations.
　　2. Working Principle and Operation of Static Tank:
　　The static tank of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the settling liquid-solid separation equipment. In order to remove non-alcoholic starch and protein, the water-decoction concentrate of traditional Chinese medicine (about 1.1 in general) was prepared by adding alcohol to form a certain concentration of liquid, then the liquid-solid separation was carried out by freezing sedimentation at room temperature or low temperature, in order to improve the purity and clarity of the extract of traditional Chinese medicine, thus improving the product quality.
　　Concentrated liquid and alcohol are put into their respective proportions according to technological requirements and frozen brine or cooling water is opened. Then stirring is opened. Under the stirring action, the mixture is evenly mixed. After reaching the required temperature of the liquid, stirring is stopped, and refrigerated brine or cooling water is continued to be poured into the jacket to ensure the required liquid temperature. After the precipitation is completed, the supernatant discharge valve is opened, and the supernatant is pumped out with a pump or vacuum. As the supernatant level gradually decreases, the angle of the outlet pipe in the tank is adjusted by rotating the handwheel, and controlled by the top mirror observation. When the supernatant is exhausted, the outlet valve is closed immediately. If the sediment needs to be dried out, type A can be used. Two cylinders should be controlled by pneumatic switch. The bottom cover should be opened. After the sediment is cleaned, the bottom cover should be closed. B type slag outlet can be selected for liquid discharging. First, water (or other liquid medium) is added to open the stirring, the sediment is beaten into suspension, then the bottom ball valve is opened to drain the suspension, and water is used to clean the inner wall of the tank before closing the ball valve.
　　The precipitation time of precipitation liquid-solid separation (alcohol precipitation) is directly related to the liquid temperature in the tank. Generally, the alcohol precipitation of traditional Chinese medicine is as follows:
